Wisdom for Living
This website shares wisdom from around the world about what we need to live our lives.
If this wisdom can become a source of strength in your life, that is my greatest hope.
I hope more people will strive to find happiness and live a better life.
With that hope, I will continue to share what I have learned through life.
The Person Behind Child of Earth
I am an artist and writer in Japan, working under the name Child of Earth. This site grew from a personal question: how can we live with more honesty, courage, and care for one another? I write down what I have learned and what I am still trying to understand. These are my reflections, not universal answers.
Some pieces begin as a thought about effort, failure, love, or the direction of a life. Others begin at my worktable. I use materials such as acrylic paint, gold leaf, fluorescent color, lacquer, and resin to give an idea a visible form. I want the words and the artwork to deepen each other.
Original Art and the Story Behind It
My FALL. RISE. AGAIN. phoenix artwork is about beginning again after a fall. The article shows the finished piece, explains its meaning, and describes the materials and making process. FORGE BY LIFE connects an artwork to the ways real experience can shape a person; it includes photographs and a creation video.
The writing here is my own interpretation of the ideas and works I discuss. When an article draws on a quotation, a historical figure, or another source, I aim to make that context clear so you can distinguish their words from mine.

Start with Human for essays on character, growth, relationships, and self-understanding. Visit Life for reflections on time, purpose, and everyday choices. You can also browse the original artworks linked above and decide what the words mean to you.
Custom Artwork
I also accept custom artwork requests. If you would like a piece inspired by this style, I can create an original artwork based on your preferred words, colors, and overall image.
Whether you want a personal piece for yourself or a meaningful gift for someone important, I would be happy to hear your idea and create something unique for you.
